可自行向本中心提出申請，或由社工、相關政府部門或機構的職員、學校教職員、或離異父母及其子女提供服務的專業人員，如家事調解員、律師等轉介。
Service users can self-approach the Centre or can be referred by social workers, staff of relevant government departments or non-government organization, school personnel, or professionals providing services to separated/divorcing/divorced parents and their children, such as mediators or lawyers.

服務退出
服務目標完成或已作出適當轉介後，即可終止服務; 或服務使用者可自行要求終止服務(如有法庭判令之個案，個案社工將先與轉介之專業人員商討。)。
Service termination with objectives reached or appropriate referral being arranged;
Service termination requested by service users (For cases with court order, social worker should discuss with referring professionals before termination).
